Bios mod inspiron 3501

hi, could someone help me showing the advanced option in the bios of the dell inspiron 3501? because i need to change the ram speed which are actually bios locked and increasing the power limit. thanks in advance.

Anyway, could you check this file, it's the bios setup dumb in txt format "uman readable" and could you tell me what option should i change (i can modify the bios values with grub) to enable 3200mhz ram speed and disable the tdp lock? what would help a lot, and sorry if i ask here, but i don't really know where to put this request, and it shouldn't be really that tricky.
