Hola lo he intentado use tweaker para subir a 300 mhz de los 135 mhz de fabrica pero necesito liberar el voltaje de la gráfica pero no puedo hacerlo sin vbios ya que no quiero dañar la gráfica saludos.

You can't unlock voltages in a M6700, nor CPU neither GPU. I have a highly customized M6700 with a BIOS edited by myself, custom IFR's and a 980m (after a K3000m). Everything unlocked (CPU at 4,3 Ghz each core an reference clock at 100,3266 Mhz) and GPU overclocked to my needs, both core an memory. Changes in voltage are made by the laptop regarding selected speed. Values are greyed out in any overclocking software. You can modify Boost table/States or Clock States in Kepler Bios Tweaker so GPU will be overclocked before using Afterburner. It's risky, be careful. I could send you my modded BIOS if I weren't in pre-promotion.

I've been promoted but can't attach files. I tried to DM them to you. But you can make your own custom vBIOS, google it, it's not hard. Use GPU-Z to backup yours first. You must use a working nvflash for your card (can't remember which). Search and read the flashing instructions for a Kepler Mobile GPU. Good luck!
