GTX 970m non g-sync in a g-sync P750DMG

Hi,

I have a clevo P750DMG and my 970m started failing so I decided to buy a replacement one.

Turns out that the new one doesn't get detected, I install it and turn the computer on but no video. I noticed that I could see disk activity so I tried to remote connect to it and it worked. I checked device manager and there is no graphics card there.

After a lot of googling I discovered that the issue may be due to the fact that my machine is a g-sync one and the new card is not. I didn't know about that.

My question is: is it possible to flash my computer bios or do any other hack to make this new non g-sync card work? I don't care about it as I use it to work only, I have another gaming machine. I just want to have it working again.

Thanks!
