Hi, i have read this thread and dumped my Lenovo T540p. I will install a other wlan card, but System is halted "unsupported modul".

please can unlock the whitelist and advanced settings?

The BIOS version of my Lenovo T440 is: GJETA4WW (2.54)

I would appreciate help in clearing the WLAN whitelist.

Hi!

In Lenovo ThinkPad T440, any modified bios can be flash using hardware SPI programmer only, exactly the same as described in the first post of this thread.

So, for creating backup (dump) of bios you need to use hardware SPI programmer only. Just read carefully the first post on the first page.

I've have just successfully read the bios from my T440s and wanted to share info:

 

I purchased this from ebay:

The main problem I had was getting a connection with the clip, after a few attempts I realised the clip was not quite on the chip properly. One it was connected the 'Detect' function worked fine in the software:

 

 

The chip in the Lenovo 440s is a Winbond W25Q64FV as in the picture. I hope this info is helpful to someone.

      For prepare unlocked bios you should post your request here and then send me your file backup of bios via PM.  For creating backup of bios use attached program. Extract attached archive directly on the Desktop and run the program as administrator (right click mouse). Program will create archive "results" directly on the Desktop. Send me this archive "results" via PM.
