Hi!
Each bios mod prepared individually and based on your personal file backup of bios.

You can post here your file backup of bios, or upload it into any fileserver and post the link.

For creating backup of bios use attached utility. Extract attached archive directly on the Desktop and run utility as Administrator (right click mouse, choice "Run as Administrator"). Utility will create archive "results" directly on the Desktop. Post here this archive "results", or upload it into any fileserver and send me the link.

Hello everyone!

 

I'd like to ask for complete unlock (whitelist, vbios, advanced bios)

Lenovo y50-70, i7-4720HQ, 960m 4gb. (BIOS v 3.03 - newest)

 

Unfortunately, I see in error that I'm affected with: 

Error 280: Failed to disable write protection for the BIOS space!

In the past I almost brick my laptop BIOS with Ubuntu 17.xx update (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1734147)

It can be somehow connected.

 

Should I downgrade BIOS to 1.14 first or I can directly flash modded BIOS?

BTW. For people who ONLY wants to unlock advanced bios, there's a key combination to do it

i have intel ac7260 wifi card (broken) and i want to replace it by WiFi 6E Wireless Card Intel AX210 NGW

Maybe if possible a bios complete unlock and whitelist?

Can someone help me to removing the whitelist for Wifi card for my y50-70 ?

I don't know if it's good bcause I've some errors in it.


Error 284: Fail to load driver (PCI access for Windows).
Tool needs to run with an administrator priviledge account.

 

But, I've runned it in adminstrator.

Hi!

If you run backup tool, and then you get:  "Error 284: Fail to load driver (PCI access for Windows)".

Just try temporarily disable all your antivirus utility, and temporarily disable Windows Defender, then run backup tool again.

It seems to be good now (I have reinstalled some intel drivers).

      Hello, as the title states, I would be very happy if someone could give me the link to the mod, apart from that, what version should I install?, as I've seen that some models have v1 and v2.
      My other questions are: what do I have to do to install a new GPU?, (9xx series)
      And what mods do I have to use to have a 10x0 series (and which are compatible).
      I have the Clevo P150SM(model)/P150SM-A(product code) (2 models on the sticker) with stock bios (it says copyright 2012, so I guess it's the 1st version) with a 4710MQ and 870M.
