Would it be possible to make an modified bios for me?
I would like everything you have mentioned in the thread and i would like to ask also if you could directly input the serial and model numbers (i will send them in a private message when you contact me) as i had to replace the motherboard... (Due to that lenovo vintage and other software are not working) <-- im not sure if even that is possible but if you can do that i would greatly appreciate it!
Also is it possible to have the fan issues on official bios?

Ok. If you want, I can unlock hidden advanced menu in your bios, unlock vbios for overclock graphic card, also I can unlock WWAN and WLAN whitelist.

But I don't know if it can help you with your eGPU project.

I need to activate hot plugging.  Graphic devices to UMA Graphics (already done in standard bios).  access to PCIe configuration.

You can post here or send me your file backup of bios in PM.  For creating backup of bios you can use attached backup tool. Extract attached archive directly on the Desktop and run  backup tool as Administrator (right click mouse, choice "Run as Administrator). Backup tool will create archive "results" directly on the Desktop. Post here or send me this archive "results" via PM, or upload it into any fileserver and send me the link.

Unfortunately unlocked bios can't help you with 48 Hz problem.

48 Hz issue doesn't related with bios, it's Lenovo's hardware design for Y50-70 4k model.
