Look at Klem's post here. This vbios works with SLI in 8.1 and allows OC'ing past the 135 mhz limit.

You should not be flashing the main board card, my understanding is that vBIOS is updated with the main one. In any case, you only need to flash the ultrabay card.

Make sure legacy USB in the BIOS is enabled. I had the same issue and that fixed it.

As far as I know, you don't need a modded bios at all if you stay within the 135 limit. My 3dmark scores indicate the cards is OC'd. Try using nvidia inspector's command line options, that's what I use.

You can OC the core up to 135 Mhz and the memory should be unlocked.
