has anyone had problems with antiviruses screwing with the overclock? i installed a new antivirus and now i cant adjust the Turbo boost power time without the clocks being set to 3.1ghz. any help? ive already tried reinstalling BIOS and modded ME from premas site

Prema, would it be possible to put a DEP (execute disable bit) in the p170em bios? been trying out windows server on the laptop to see how it would run and i cant run Hyper-v on the system because it tells me DEP is not enabled in the BIOs but i know my processor (intel 3920xm) has the functionality. don't even know if it is possible with the rest of the system but thought i would ask anyways

all of the sliders in XTU are maxed. i cant move them any higher

any one having a problem with Kernel power 41 errors? i keep getting these any time i run my p170em over 4ghz

i am pretty sure its a new mobo. i got my laptop from Malibal. they told me all of my ssd's were destroyed but when i got the laptop back all i had to do was reflash the firmware and now they all work great. if they couldnt figure that out i dont think they could solder a mobo and it still be working lol

it will start throwing out qril errors or just shut off

has anyone had problems with overclocking on their p170em? i just got mine back from repair (surge destroyed mobo) and installed prema bios. i cant get anything above 4.0ghz. be for when i was running it i was able to hold 4.4ghz on all cores. anyone have any ideas on how i can achieve this again?

Can someone tell me if the dell gtx 660m mod vbios will work with the clevo 660m? My p170em got taken out in a power serge and that's all I could afford after repairs Thank you

SVL7! would it be possible to increase the overclock limit on the K3000m and maybe up the voltage a hair?

yes +500mhz core clock and 100% stable untill you start messing with the memory it gets a little funny but most benchmarks i can run +850mhz on the memory most of the time cinebench score of 97fps vantage score 20k max temps i got was 85c but that was with stock thermal compound

SVL7 would it be possible to open up the core clock and memory a little more on the k3000m? i have the core clock at +500 and it runs great but it wont max the slider at +542 im not sure why i think it might just be to close to the new set limit same thing with the memory whenever you get around to it thanks
