Extract attached archive directly on the Desktop and run backup tool as Administrator (right click mouse, choice "Run as Administrator). Backup tool will create archive "results" directly on the Desktop.     Hi! The restriction on using a non-original battery is included in the EC firmware (not in the BIOS), but I don't work with the EC firmware, so I can't help in your case.
