Mechnically? Yes of course. If you mean main system bios, then i think it's not necessarily, but it's good idea. If you mean vbios, then yes, the best choice to flash MSI vbios.

If you can't prepare backup of your vbios with any version of NVFlash, then you can't flash unlocked vbios. Flashing procedure use NVFlash utility.

For creating backup of your vbios, use this command: nvflash64 -b backup.rom Also try use different version of NVFlash, for Windows or for DOS.

For creating dump from your card just use NVFlash utility.

Unzip attached archive directly on the Desktop and run the program as Administrator (right click mouse). Program will create archive "results" directly on the Desktop. I think that you want too much from GT 750M DDR3. But you can try move voltage slider to maximum to the right side.
