Hi! In your laptop model bios have write protection against flash any modified bios. So, unlocked bios can be flashed using hardware SPI programmer, exactly the same as described in first post of this thread:

Ok. Now I understand. Unfortunately unlocked bios can't help to recognize SSD in m.2 slot. It's Lenovo design for x260 laptop model.

Unfortunately, I do not have this laptop model, so I can not tell you about it for sure. This thread for requests unlocked bios for Lenovo Y50-70 (Z50-70, G50-70) only.

I don't think that unlocked bios can help you with control the fan speed.

Hi! For creating backup of your bios use attached program. Extract attached archive directly on the Desktop and run the program as Administrator (right click mouse). Program will create archive "results" directly on the Desktop.
