Hi! If you want update your bios to latest version, then you need to do it before unlocking, and then create your bios backup (from your laptop). For creating your backup of bios use attached utility. Extract attached archive directly on the Desktop and run the utility as Administrator (right click mouse). Utility will create archive "results" directly on the Desktop. Send me this archive "results" via PM or upload it to any fileserver and send me the link. https://www.sendspace.com/file/mxoavw or http://www120.zippyshare.com/v/NC9WuxRI/file.html

Hi! In your case bios version doesn't matter for unlock. You can update your bios to any new version from Lenovo website and then we can unlock it.

Download and extract archive vars_mod.rar Then you need to put the vars_mod.txt file in the folder with the H2OUVE.exe file and execute the following command in an Administrative Command Prompt in that folder: H2OUVE.exe -sv vars_mod.txt H2OUVE will update the NVRAM area of the BIOS and after a reboot the new setting should be active. This will only enable Intel (VMX) Virtualization Technology and not mess with any of the other settings of your BIOS.In case you want to revert to default, you can go back to default with the following command: H2OUVE.exe -sv vars.txt

SecurAble utility show that virtualization already enabled. Are you sure that Intel (VMX) Virtualization Technology disabled in bios? If you sure, then Download this tool: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4NHIBM...RtQXM/viewExtract the archive H2OUVE.rar directly on the Desktop and copy the H2OUVE folder directly on the disk C:\ Then run the Command prompt as Administrator and execute these commands: cd \ cd H2OUVE H2OUVE.exe -gv vars.txt After each command press the Enter button. After that, you'll have the file "vars.txt" in H2OUVE folder.Post here this file "vars.txt" or upload it to any fileserver and send me the link.
