Can the GPU core voltage be controlled through the unlocked BIOS or it just a VBIOS thing?

I got a really good cooler which is extracting hot air from the notebook rather then try to blowing cool air into it. But after I did a carefully clean up for every piece of heating part, the cooler is no longer needed even under OC and heavy load.

Cobra E-3lue, 1600DPI, when I bought it 2 years ago, it only cost a few bucks and quite reliable.

I got my girl friend an amd gaming laptop, but it stutters in battle field 3. I think it is some amd driver issues...The main thing I would consider is the performance vs price issue, right now I just ordered my new 17' laptop with 675mx inside of $1230, but if I go for 7970M or 680M it would be at least $1500. And in the second place, AMD would not match Nvidia. So right now I would prefer nvidia.

What is the percentage of your graphic card load?

When I try to back up my gt550m vbios in dos, I also facing the "supported eeprom not found". As same as what I got in windows. When I try to use GPU-Z to read my bios I also got "BIOS reading not supported on this device". Is that because gt550m just not support vbios reading?
