I have a lenovo y500 and I've bought a Cooler Master: NOTEPAL U3 PLUS at Envizage I really liked the way you can customize the cooler layout, it fits perfectly well for y500!

It seems the monitor supports 60Hz. But when you try to set it to 60Hz, the configuration cannot be saved. Any thoughts?

I had a y500 with 1.05 bios. I've updated to 2.02 through insydeflash and got ethernet problems. Then I've flashed it with svl's mod (2.04) and it seems ok now.

y500 and win8.1 pro here. Well, GPU-Z shows up the second card but I guess the drivers cannot use them. There is no SLI config anymore in nvidia settings...

I'm confused, what Acronis software did you use? Disk Director seems to be incompatible with Windows 8 Did you use Acronis True Image? Can you explain with more details? Did you backup just after lenovo's fresh install?

I think solving NP Hard by bruteforce makes PC gaming way ahead consoles. Console GPGPU are not yet enough for this. Any thoughts?
