  1. Any chance to see the same thing for 670mx on Medion X781x / X782x or MSI GT70 please? Stock vbios from roo7y82 on medion X7819
  2. @ gokica : We both use this driver : MSI France ? Centre de Téléchargement Its the 310.90 beta, probably modded by MSI, as its the only one working for us, except the 306.14 we had at the beginning. The official WHQL doesn't work for us. 780mhz is pretty nice too, i'm pretty sure you will get good results too. on my side i'm not yet comfortable with the overvolting of my card, as i do not really know in what proportions i shall increase it.
  3. In fact, its written on the top of the page Nothing difficult (or you can make a donation, option i have choosen, to have the right to download attachements). Do your vbios version match on gpu-z?
  4. I put online my vbios two days ago, but the one from roo7y is the same as mine, as we have the same laptop (Medion X7819 with GTX 670M) (except the SSD and ram, but who cares ). His gets higher frequencies than mine btw. Thanks for your help slv7, good luck for your ssd!
  5. @ gokica : Mine doesn't even get to 810mhz. At 796mhz, voltage is 0.95v on gpu-z monitoring page. Nice score roo7! Mine is here : http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/5857834
  6. Okay! Well i learned something new once again thanks to you! I hope we can get a nicely modded vbios one day for ours cards!
  7. Well, it tells me 72.1%. I don't know if its good or not, but i will not get over 775mhz for gpu for daily use anyways. My card is only 1.5GB VRAM, this may explane why i can get higher frequencies than yours.
  8. @gokica : Thanks to your explanations, i made some testing on my side, the gpu works nicely up to 796mhz, so +181mhz. Not that bad. I didn't push it any further. Concerning vram, +1450mhz works pretty well, pushing it to 2850mhz (1400mhz stock). With roo7y82, we manage to get nearly P5K on 3DM11 with that. We only have nearly P3800 without o/c. (P4932 for me ; Gpu @ 796mhz and VRAM @ 2850mhz). The temps never exceeds 69° on my side, for the gpu.
  9. Well, the fact mine is marked INVALID means that MSI / Medion modified the bios without signing it? i hope it means that you cannot modify our bios anymore, slv7 ^^ I tested Nvidia Inspector 1.91, but no changes can applied. They always get back to stock.
  10. At least you can use Nvidia Inspector. My 670MX is clearly marked INVALID for the bios.
  11. The 670MX is quite powerful to me, as i had only a 9800M GTS before, but like the G75 you have, gokica, many owners of the X7819 believe that it can do really better because it looks like the card is far beyond its capabilties. When we see the gains we have in o/c it with afterburner (+135gpu + 1000vram), and how we are coming close to the 675MX specs even with 192bits bus width, i am sure we can beat or at least approach 7970M or 680M scores easily.
  12. Hello, i'm new here although i've been following the topic for quite a while. I have a GTX670MX too (1.5g VRAM), on a Medion X7819, pretty similar to the MS1762 barebone and MSI GT70. I believe this card is underclocked (eg : gpu @ 615mhz, and 750mhz with afterburner) , 80.04.5B.00.A5 vbios. I do not get more that P3850 on 3dmark11 The temps do not increase that much with max frequencies available on afterburner, it stands under 60°c at max load. I can backup the vbios using gpu-z or nvflash, but can't do anything with. Here is the vbios extracted with nvflash Is there a way to get over these poor frequencies? Thanks !
