SSREGITOSS, this is normal, i have the 780m with the same problema, after all test, doestn affect the vga, but always shut down in battery mod, also you can't change to a p5 or p8 state to slow down clocks, my house solution is set the v to 0.9 and downclock to a similar low clock state, and Works, is strange to use the nb with battery, but is a solution, créate a desktop config with the name Battery Mode, and thats all, the vBios is exellent, is my personal solution, i didnt know why this happends but i think that the battery power didnt accept that

COURTNEYX1, first you have to know all things after flash it (methods, ways), you have to enter in the bios and select LEGACY in boot options, is the only way you can enter with your USB, do step by step, is good to question but calm and study well the flashing procedure, good luck! Hello Beemerboy, can i ask you how do you uodate it?, i flash my gt 70 2od to the ,507 bios unlocked modded, and the final EC .502 without issues, but i flash via dos and directly do a ec reset, but for you an error happend or finish flash nicely and didnt boot? becouse the solution is the ec reset some times!, regards!

Xonar, i like to make you a question, if you realease the 4r generation gt 60 70, this modded bios will have all features that have the 3r generation?, and also i like to know if before a flash we need to do a EC reset or leave battery off for 10 secs instead, regards!

but the gt70 20d versión only have 1 versión of bios realesed, why did you update?, and you use some bios update true Windows or dos?, can you explain how you update the bios, pd: did you try a ec reset or bios reset?, regards

Svl7 this modded vbios does not affect if i flash my bios with a modded one? (mother bios)

James i say it because i need in case of blink flash, but as i see i can use the orifinal bios in the msi page, but where i can see how can i perform the blink flash or which are the keys I have to press in the MSI GT70 version 2OD (just in case)

svl7 actually the modded one uses normal stock clocks when is with battery, cause the vbios original one uses p5 state, this one cause my nb shut down when i play games with the battery, but if i configure the clocks in p5 state when battery doesnt happend, but i créate a profile so i can select that when i use my nb in battery mode!, regards!

svl7 , could you give me a hand, the vbios works perfectly (780m), my problem is only in battery mode when the battery use with the standard clocks are always on, not low level p0 to p5 as the vbios to normal if that's not causing game whenever the notebook is turned off suddenly, as did many tests, provided that only use the battery with some game, it turns off after 30-1 minute, I realized that if under the clocks and voltage mode battery holds a longer time before shutting down, this should not be normal, but as I say, only happens when in battery mode, loaded you can play without any problem even with good overclocks

svl7 did you know why the gt70 2od versions when you play only with battery shut down in less tan 30 secs of game?, i notice that with battery always is at maximun clock and without the mod bios have less V and clocks, could be that?, if i use the Intel graphics for game in battery mode, this doesnt happend, could be?, regards!

svl7, did you know why my nb when I try to play games witouth the AC in, (battery mode), works for 1 minute then shut down?, I notice that the clocks without AC are normal, in my other drivers the clocks and V downclock when I don't use energy, thanks instead! (model GT70 2OD)
