My Y580 was bricked ( i think) (FN+R) didn´t work. I have send it in, 4 days later i became it back with Bios 2.07

By myself i have flashed V2.07 Original to V2.07 Mod .. for a long time.. then i have flashed V8.0 Beta (few Posts before). All works fine, then i have flashed 8.1 Mod and on first boot all where fine after a Shutdown the Laptop was bricked^^ So be carefull with 8.1

Is there a way with the leaked Bios to get the Nvidia Graphic Card to 1ghZ ? + whitelist ? Second Question : Is there a way without DC (Battery Pack) to flash a bios ? Cause Lenovo has forgotten to send my Laptop with Battery Pack back to me (need to send it to Lenovo )..

i give it a try hopefully it worked thx !! EDIT : Okay it worked, i need to change my Wifi Card cause no whitelist. But the Watermark don´t move.. In Bios i could enabled /disabled Secure boot But unter " Windows Licence " it called invalid -.- (don´t know why) DId you slv7 have any idea ? i´m able to install your version now ? (801 or 8.00 ) ?

I have installed the original (called Version 40) SecureBoot also not working here.. (no Option in Stock bios for this)... Will Lenovo update the Mainboard to v8.00 if i sent it to them? Will Bios 8.00 work on an lenovo with Bios 2.06 ? i thought it won´t work. Don´t read the last postings -.-

Hi there, Is there any way to enable "SecureBoot" in the Bios ? [ i have the 2.06 Bios from svl7 ] i don´t find any solution for SecureBoot in my Bios and Win8.1 shows me a watermark.. (SecureBoot not working correctly)

hey, did anyone have the Original Bios for the GTX660m and explain how to flash it? I need it, because every Tool says my Bios for the GTX660m has been modified.. (need to send my Y580 back to Lenovo for repair)

I have another Question ? ist it normal that CUDA is not checked in GPU-Z by the Nvidia 660m ?? I have directly installed the nvidia 314.07 Driver ? is that the Problem ? Hey svl7, I go back to your 2.06 unlocked Bios and here i could OC my Nvidia 660m without loosing Physx Performance. Have you any Idea, why on the 2.07 Bios the OC don´t work correctly ? Whats wrong with my Y580 -.- Without OC all is fine. If i want to set the GPU +5Mhz the Physx Score fall down to 6000 (Same Situation when i set the Memory Clock +15 MHZ ).. It doesn,t matter if i use Nvidia Inspector or, Msi Afterburner I have installed the 2.07 modded Bios, did i use another ?? Don´t understand this Problem -.-

Hey guys, Which program you use for OC ? My Physx Score in 3DMark 11 is without oc @ around 71xx Points if i try to add 50 MHZ @ the clock the score goes down to 5000 Points ? ( I use MSI Afterburner )
