  1. Is that possible? considering I can't actually do anything as the PC restarts before it gets to the boot options or bios configuration.
  2. Everything as explained in Page 1 for the Y580 (my previous BIOS version was 8.00), and nothing more!
  3. So I did everything as explained, and it the bios flash worked. I restarted the PC, changed a few things (nothing important, besides enabling the Intel Virtualization something (I can't remember the exact name)) and when I restarted again, the PC won't boot anymore: it just keeps restarting (turning on and off) before it even gets to the Lenovo screen. I tried removing the battery, without success. Any hopes for me? Did I brick the BIOS? Should I just give it to tech support? It occurred to me that perhaps removing the CMOS Battery and rolling back the BIOS configurations would maybe work, but I couldn't find it. I read in someplace that it is below the touchpad, can anyone confirm if that's true? Thank you very much and I apologize for the desperation! haha
  4. bios of the 660m nvidea graphics card. I'd very much appreciate a vbios for this laptop! my specs are: Intel i7-3630QM @ 2.40 GHz, 8GB DDR3 1600MHz, 1TB 5400rpm HDD, 1080p 15.6'', Nvidia GTX 660m (2Gb GDDR5), bluray burner.
  5. I second that. I thought I'd have to upgrade the RAM to 16Gb, but 8Gb is doing just fine. You sure you're gonna need the extra 8Gb?
  6. just got reservoir dogs again, for its 20th anniversary. the best movie I (re)watched in 2013 so far! haha
