svl7 I sent you a private message, did you see it?

I'd like to know if the port is a SATA 2 or SATA 3 as might be a reason to get myself a brand new Alienware M17x.
Thank you guys in advance

Here is my result (the best I could achieve with a laptop CPU - i7-3720QM ES OC @ 4.1GHz)

If I overclock my CPU to 4.2GHz, how high should I set the TDP max?
-
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
I overclocked my unlocked CPU to 4.2GHz and the temps stay in check at a maximum of 81 on the hottest core while testing stability.
Both my 680Ms are stock clock (I tried different overclocks and they all close Crysis 3 within 3 minutes of Gameplay).
Do anyone think something is broken in my laptop?
-
The problem is I have 2 x SATA 750GB in RAID0 and my OS drive is a mSATA Crucial M4 SATA III 128GB but I only gety SATA II speed
-
I'd like to know if t's possible to bypass the Sata 2 limitation on the mSATA port of this laptop as my mSATA drive is a SATA3.
-
Guys I got a little problem actually.
My laptop is back to stock clock but the fans all went full blast and they are kind of noisy and they don't stop.
As soon as I start the computer it goes into full blast :S
Please some help
EDIT: New informations, the fans are still full blast but they stop for 1/10th of a second and start howling again. Do you guys think I should contact sager?

Sager are starting to piss me off!!
I asked them to send me a Fresh new BIOS for the NP9370 so they asked for the model and the serial number and just replied me saying it already has the latest.
I replied with an actual order to provide me the fresh Bios I am asking.
Isn't it my right to have this bios sent to me??

Alright guys
Both GPUs are actually OCed to 930MHz but they a little voltage bump to reach 1000MHz and the voltage is locked but I still managed a good 3DMark 11 score
I'm very happy so far with this laptop it's a beast
I just need to get the CPU to 3.0GHz base clock instead of 2.4GHz to be satisfied (if anybody can help me with that it would be appreciated)

I will use that vBIOS, and I will follow the vBIOS Flash Method listed on this site. Thank you man.
-
I hope this can help you svl7 as it's the only way to find my vBIOS unless you have another solution.
Both my GTX680Ms are Clevo 4GB version.

Clevorr, GPU-Z all versions crash with an error 0x something (not a BSOD) and I can't start it.
-
-
Hey svl7 GPU-Z latest version crash when I start it. Can you help me here?
-
alright my friend I will do that tomorrow
-
OK To get you the vBIOS it's exactly like a desktop card right? I can extract it from the Card with GPU-Z?
-
svl7 can you help me with unlocking this laptop + send me all needed files and procedure to flash the best vBIOS on both my GTX680m for maximum performance possible and some eye-popping benchmark scores in 3DMark 11.

I ordered a Sager NP9370 too but here are my specs:
i7-3630QM
16GB DDR3 Dual Channel RAM
2 x GTX680m SLI
128GB mSATA Crucial m4 (OS Drive)
750GB SATA HDD
For the rest is doesn't really mather.
I am looking to overclock the CPU and both GPUs so I might need the help of some extreme laptop overclocking GURUs from these forums as I could read that you guys are like gods among men for this kind of things.
Thank you in advance for your response

Sager NP9370 CPU temp a little high
in Clevo
Posted
I don't know if I am just getting a bit too nervous with my system but my cpu cores at Idle are between 42-46 degrees (Celsius).
I think that it is a bit hot.
If anybody has an idea on how to get those temps a bit lower it would be greatly appreciated.
