    Hi Roland86, I have the same laptop as you and have the the EXACT same problem. I have tried all of the suggested fixes with BIOS updates, Windows re-install and even today I changed the thermal paste. Nothing has worked for me, fans are still always at 100% after startup. Have you had any success in finding out a solution? I have my laptop for 3 years now so it is long out of warranty. Thanks
