M3000M on 8740w Actually this guy has got it working, This is the only difference I could identify, I have got Dream Color display and He has standard one. From Forums I can understand both displays have different lvds/data cables which restrict card compatibility. This site also claims M3000M working on 8740w DC> M3000M on 8740w Dream Color

Hi @Klem Do you have any open bios for 8740w DC , M3000M. My hp M3000M dont boot, screen remain blank and Caps/Num Lock LEDs keep blinking. I am waiting to receive SOC chip programmer, so can't send current vBIOS right away. Thought may be you something available with you. Thanks
