  1. Hi all, first excuse my bad english pls :x I bought a new Computer with a gtx 1080 in, a Manli gtx 1080 Twin Cooler. When I play games and the graphicscard need to work, the 2 fans start to speed up around 3k rpm and then fall of to the normal speed, it last for like 1second, sounds like a tubirne -.-' the temperaturs are below 70°C when this happens When I'am on the desktop or browsing in the internet, everything is fine. I've read in the nvidia forum, it should've been fixed with a driver update, i got the newest one, the driver version 375.65 , the problem is still there. I used the DDU to clean install the newest driver, the problem is also still there but seems to appear a bit less then before. is there maybe a bios which can fix this issue for me or maybe other solutions?

  3. Why is your score with single gtx880m so much higher then mine? I've also the modded vbios from svl, is this because I only got 8GB Ram and I7 4710MQ ? Maybe the Intel GFX slows my Graphiccard down? NVIDIA GeForce GTX 880M video card benchmark result - Intel Core i7-4712MQ,Alienware 04WT2G

Because for W8.1 there is only the A13 Stock Bios on the dell driver-download page, no A11 or can I just run the A11 from the Win7?

  13. Now I've done a huge mistake, i forgot to change Display mode from SG to PEG, instead of I changed it to PCI and now my computer deosen't start and 8 anoying beeps appear. The Trick with the remove of the AC, hold 30secs the powerbutton and then put ac back in and start with FN+Power wont work. 14. hi, I'm currently on the official A12 Dell Bios and want to use the A11 unlocked version to disable my Intel graphic card and only use my gtx680m. Now my question is, can I use Method 2 and directly flash the unlocked A11 bios? Is there something to attend If i disable my Intel Graphic card?
  15. yep I followed the guide step by step, download the bios, renamed the file, put this file(only the rennamed) on a empty fat32 formated usb stick. removed the akku and power adapter, put the stick in the eSata slot, press the end button(and hold it) and put in the power adapter. My laptop start... little time a black display but its doing something->restart(automatic).... some beep sound--->restart(automatic) with alienware logo and normal windows boot process. After this, nothing was changed!
  16. I've tryed it 2 times with the usb recovery, it beeps and restart like in the Description of the Guide but it dont work for me! :/ I think i can't use the unlocked A10 Bios
  17. Does it mean I can change my RAM Clock to 1866MHz without any Issiues?(I got 8Gig of standard Intel RAM in my M17xR4)
  18. In the M17xR4 Unlocked Bios Thread, svl7 posted a little "guide" how to disable your integrated Graphiccard. I'll try it and post my result here soon!
  19. Ok thank you, I'll try it but I need 2 more Posts to use your downloadlink :/ Edit: I tryed to install the unlocked A10 Bios but When it restart, I always get the error that "this firmware isn't valid press any key to reset" If I press any key, the old Bios loads and Windows start normaly, what I'm doing wrong? At the moment I use the original Dell A10 Bios
  20. hey svl7, I also want to use your unlocked A10 Bios but I'm a bit scared At the moment im running the orginal Dell A10 bios but I want to use your unlocked Version to disable the integrated Graphic so that I can only run my Nvidia gtx 680m. I've read that someone in this Thrad does the same and his Laptop wont start anymore and a lot of beep sound comes out of it.
