  1. I have owned many laptops of different types and sizes over the years. Just wondering as a general consensus, what is everyone's preferred? I have always been drawn to Lenovo's higher end line, Dell Business grade laptops such as latitudes/precisions, and dare I say it, MacBooks just for the quality of build for the right price used.
  2. I'm still using my i7-4770K that i've had since new in 2014. Is anyone else still using one, or maybe recently upgraded from one? Is it worth the investment for me to get a newer board and CPU? It works great but just wondering if the investment wouldn't be cheap and would help me run some newer games. I've got it paired with a 770 and 16GB ram. I mostly play older games such as Black Ops 2 so I don't see the need but itching to do some type of upgrades.
  3. Anyone using a 770 as their main GPU still? I've had a 660 since 2014 and it's always served me well, but finally got a secondary desktop and it has a 770. It so far is treating me really well, and encouraged me to try some newer games like CoD warzone.
  4. Anyone else have a M11x with a fragile keyboard? The keys seem to be very thin and come off easily. I recieved mine used already missing a couple, and even just wiping the palmrest with a paper towel caused a few others to stick up on the corners. Already ordered a new OEM replacement from eBay for a fair price, but just wondering if this is my bad luck or well known.
  5. Hi! I'm new. Anyone still using a M11x r3 for anything? I recently got one and using it as a throw around laptop since I do all heavy tasks on my desktop, and honestly seriously impressed how snappy it is. Repasted it and it runs cool and quiet and even plays older games smoothly like Black Ops 2. It's a top of the line config from what I understand, with the i7-2617M and NVIDIA 540m 2GB. Threw in a good SSD, Really impressed for its age and the size makes it really easy to carry around with me.
