I hope this isn't off topic, but I'm wondering if anyone has ever successfully found a compatible ac card from the whitelist. I recently purchased one that appeared to match the whitelist, but got the error.

I'm curious. Has anyone known this to noticeably improve the performance of Intel Graphics? I've always seen them as the junk graphics that you're stuck with if you don't invest in a dedicated card.

I haven't tried one of those. If your temps aren't the issue, you might want to check your BIOS to see if there's a setting in there downclocking to maintain a certain temp. Also make sure all your chipset drivers are up to date. How long have you had it?

I can't imagine relying on a laptop for that. I like having a good size monitor, with a 144Hz refresh rate. I know there are laptops with 144Hz, but you're paying a crapload for it and still dealing with a screen that is likely 15.6" unless you really shell out the cash for a gaming laptop with a 17" screen.
