Long story short: I have a clevo p150sm that survived a hurricane and dont have money to replace it. Gpu is constantly thermal throttling, but the fan never seems to rev up to full speed. Is there a bios I could flash to be able to access fan control settings, becuase the current bios (American megatrends 4.6.5) has no fan control options at all. Thanks in advance for any advice *edit: removed excessively long backstory as irrelevant.
