    Ok is long Time ago use IC Graphite Thermal Pad At the end can say thats for Dissasemble Situations the Graphite Pad is cleanest Option for Testing Times. One thing thats Important when using Graphite Pad is a plan HeatSink and so as conclusion when Temp is bad whith IC Graphite Thermal Pad the reason lies on other place ( also pressure : ) Now for for more Practical Usecase when not all components are in Quallity condission personal ended for Liquid Metal.
