Speed doesn't fully tell the story. 0.1 mb/s may be the speed, but it may be moving or working with a few hundred files in that timeframe. Try to disable the SONY services or uninstall them outright like others have mentioned

I've been looking for a few months now, and I haven't found anything. I know there are many clever hackers and modders on this forums but they have been mostly asleep since 2014 - 2015. This is just a request, and If anyone is interested or has made any progress, please reply.
