In NBR, Someone said you should change video setting to IGFX, then reboot, make sure everything loads, and then get into bios, change video setting to PEG, then reboot, it will solve throtting problem. A12 bios is suitable for M18 R2 with 980m, but sometime I notice throttling problem, Unlocked A11 bios solve this problem.
