Thanks for posting this, though AMD is releasing drivers a bit too fast. I'll stick with my BETA 6 for now until there's significance improvement.

Don't know about the best maker on the planet but this year's lineup offers a lot of bang for the buck. Just last week I had to replace my mainboard due to bios flashing going wrong, the day after the guy came by to replace the mobo. So yea that's a first for me, even though it's a one time thing the support has been top notch!

The latest drivers do bump up 3DMark 11 scores a lot yes. I've tried a couple of drivers so far, and they only keep getting better (beta or not). To be honest I'm quite content with the 7970 I can play pretty much everything I want at 1080p.

Nice guide and it's the next thing I'm looking into after regular cpu oc and oc with ab. Right now my gpu maxes out at 950/1400, though I'd like to push it to 1000/1500-1600 Just not sure which vbios to use with a voltage of 1.075....first timer but gotta start somewhere.
