  1. Try to use older drivers and see if they act any differently. Before we can try to fix anything we need to know what is causing the fps drop.
  2. Yep just stick to the same brand of RAM and you should be fine. Remember speed doesn't really impact performance as much as the amount of memory.
  3. If you are planning to build a budget pc I would wait for the new release of Ryzen, a AMD cpu. The benchmarks are promising, and if it delivers I will certainly compete with intel CPUs. Furthermore VEGA is also getting released Q1 2017 might want to consider that as an alternative GPU. If you are planning to play newer directx 12 games you should definitely buy AMDs new 480.
  4. Be sure that no connectors has been detached from the board. Also try give us some information of what happens when you start your laptop. Does nothing happen?
  5. Laptop Gpus are soldered to the motherboard and can't be removed without recking the board. The only thing you can do is to get a better laptop.
