Problem with my Macbook Pro 15 late 2013 AKiTiO 780 TI

Hello, I have a problem with my Macbook Pro 15 late 2013 and the AKiTiO I get under windows 10 simply on the internal screen not my gtx 780 Ti to run. It works only the internal graphics card (intel 5200) I have no other Grafkkarte on board. At nvidia I could indeed select the 780 Ti, but the performance always remains of the 5200 (most recent Nevidia drive) Do I have to connect the 780 Ti without a monitor? I hope someone can help me.
