Little bump up just in case anyone missed it, as far as I know the m18x doesn't have a 3D screen does it?

I've searched the net for months on this one off and on, and it still evades me!! Fn+F7 option comes up when I unplug the PSU as expected, says a reboot is required, the beast reboots, but when it comes back to Windows, it's still running the 560m and nothing else shows. In the BIOS it will only ever show the 560m, now I read that the BIOS will ignore the Sandy Bridge GFX if a discrete card is installed, but how on earth do you make it switch?? I know the CPU has GFX on because when I made an ar$e of the BIOS a few weeks ago and had to do a blind reload with the 560m removed, the BIOS happily picked up the Sandy Bridge GFX, I want to be able to switch when I'm just sat downstairs with no plan to game, and lets be honest now it's just a case of I want to make it work! Any ideas, it's got me beat at the minute.....

For me I had no issues with Win10, that was until the anniversary version came out and now I've lost the quick launch buttons again,except the wireless button, happened when I tried to manually go to Win10, when MS finally let me have a version it worked fine, then update and pooft off they went again!

Don't want to get my R1 go just yet and to be honest it still runs everything great, but you don't buy an Alienware and leave it alone lol I've already got one of the HD's swapped out for a SSD for the OS and a few games I use a lot. Also got 16Gb of Memory in. it's currently running a single 560m, so wondering how much better it would be having another SLI'd, plus the processor is an i7 2670QM, no slow coach but I've heard that swapping it out for an XM will make a difference, but what's the fastest i7 these R1's can take?

For anyone who has an M18x R1 and is thinking of upgrading the same thing happens with Win 8.1, but like the above if you go to Win 10 everything on the OSD seems to work a treat, very odd but there you go!

I must be doing something wrong... PCmark is a lowly 3176, but when I compare it to other systems with the same CPU & GPU, and a very similar setup of memory & SSD drive, they're up in the 5000's!! Anyone any ideas

Not a great score compared to a lot of the ones I've seen, was on just over 2300 stock.... IS the QM chip dragging it down more than the GPU?

Ever since I bought my M18x I've never been able to see the integrated gfx card, is there anything in the unlocked BIOS that would help me sort it?

Don't suppose anyone has further details on this? Having the same problem and struggling at the minute to figure it out
