So here's the deal, when I leave my laptop on idle the blue screen appears after a while and give me different errors (partmgr.sys Ntfs.sys etc) I tried using the alienware autopsy but as soon as it starts scanning bam the blue screen appears. is this a hardware error or a driver error? what should I do? thanks when I'am playing a game the no blue screen would appear/

Try cleaning your intake vents vacuum it if necessary I hope that helps

yes I have already installed the Dell audio driver..it was working fine last few months.am planning of reinstalling it. " Just reinstalled the driver and it didn't work."

The deal is that one day I turned on my laptop and I noticed that the sound quality was mediocre. I recently updated my windows so I tried to system restore but to no avail. there is no bass..pls help Thanks

Well guys,, I don't know what to call it..but the problem is that when I increase my GPU's Memory and Graphics clock and play a game..the screen becomes glitchy..Here is a screen shot Can anyone explain what cause this? is this a hardware problem or a software? thanks a lot guys

Hi guys...I need your help..so here's the deal I recently got the m14x then I wanted to partition drive C then when I finished creating the partition the Boot up time seems to be so slow...I tried reinstalling windows and removing the partition but still the boot up time takes way too long..what should I do? is this a hardware problem? tnx
