This only happens once the GPU GTX 1070 is under load(CPU+GPU workload) but when its a CPU only work load such as CPU-Z benchmark or throttle stop bench it doesn't throttle

It drops its frequency from any set frequency apart from the 3.2ghz default so if I was to OC to 3.5ghz it would keep dropping to 3.1ghz and sometimes even lower. More information can be requested and sent.

The TDP on the 6820HK is quite low which will be a limiting factor, it's unlocked but it's rather useless as it can only be slightly overclocked. 

As KrackDaddyKane  said the throttling might be due to power supply issues, either it's bad or the wattage is too low, in that case you need a bigger psu.

It's not that it's too old but rather that it uses phoenix BIOS instead of ami and I only work with ami and insyde, but I might take a look at that BIOS when I have some time

Sounds like that's controlled by the VBIOS and not the mb BIOS, I'm not sure tho.

Ive flashed bios all went good,thank you but im experiencing weird cpu activities with basically doing nothing just hovering mouse over XTU cpu graph  and temps went up from >38C idle to 44C and  (same settings as before flash)

 

Im using Power Saving mode and automatic profile fan -which before was silent .

I udervolted cpu even further (was -100mV now -150mV) but no effect  and what i see that being in MSHybryd mode gpu fans are constantly spinning .

 Tried custom profile but after some time cpu temps are up to almost 50C without any  activity  

 

 Any clue why it could happening ???

EDIT: I have updeted XTU and its seems that tamps went back down to its former state ,37C idle   happy about that , will monitor complete idle cpu utilization further.

 

 

 

 

Good that it seems to be resolved, these BIOSes are only "unlocked" so it will behave the same as stock. Allthough it might be some bug in the BIOS version itself.

Well yes, the BIOS is unlocked which means there's more options but all the settings are the same as to before you flashed.

I unlock all options by hard coding it in hex so some options not in use will show up , just like that crippled built in EFI shell, I will get this fixed in the next version.

If they are bricked you'll need to desolder the eeprom and reprogram it and solder it back again. I can do it for you depending on where you live.

Do you see the BIOS logo? If not it sounds like bricked GPUs. Which VBIOS did you flash?

I've added the chipset menu and unlocked most of the other menus. That's about it at the time but I'm working on some stuff to come.
