Hello Everyone Please i need help , My Keyboard and all the controls around it stop working i don't know why even the mini keyboard or the ( hotkey keyboard ) on the left side is not working Also all the buttons which located in the frame around the keyboard is not working including the eject cd & the volumes etc... I don't know what is the problem , in the beginning i thought it's a cable or socket problem but i found out that each part have it's own cable the frame is using a different cable . But the power button is working just fine !! And it's located in the frame , Right now it's the only button working in this machine is the power button Also all the lights is working just fine and i can change colors . Can any one please help me , I don't know what to replace exactly i was going to but a new keyboard but i'm not sure if this is the problem May be there it's a chip problem ?! Any suggestions will be appreciated , Thank you in advance for your attention

You can update your OSD Drive , you can also check for a lose cable

You can check your bios if it has the latest update Also you can borrow another battery and give it a try , to rule out any battery problems

A Friend of mine is using AMD Radeon HD 7970M and it's working just fine , you can also take a look at the AMD Radeon HD 8970M

You can try to power it up without battery just the AC only , also you must check that you didn't break lose any drive or card inside
