    Have you tried multiple USB ports? I have a y510p and after installing windows 10 I sometimes have issues with the USB port to the right of the keyboard, but I have never had issues with the two 3.0 ports on the left side.

    Make sure you check "show disabled devices". I have forgotten to do so before.

    I have had this problem, I just restart my computer until it works.
