Yes, i already modified the driver, but it tells me, i have the false Windows Version. And otherway as i was told, an unmodified Bios doesn´t support 120Hz and specially no 3D. So i´d really try to flash an unlocked Bios. So could you please unlock my Bios?

@ Klem: sorry to bother, but then i urgently need a unlocked Bios. I have put in my old M17x R3 an R4 Mainboard and mounted a GTX 1060 with an 120Hz display. After switching everything to UEFI i got a picture and could install Windows 10. I managed to mod the drivers and now it works, but only the drivers, NVIDIA still doesn´t accept it yet. I fear, this is a part of a Biosproblem. So could you pleeeeease unlock it for me?? https://www.sendspace.com/file/qgg7mi

Hi, with Linux it works, but if you want to work with an X8100 with Windows, the grafic card needs to be recoginzed in the bios, otherwhise you´ll need a modded driver and i don´t know, where to get ist, because this Notebook is quite rare. I found in the net after long search, that the following cards are supported: Upgradeable MXM 3.0b VGA GRAPHICS: - ATi Radeon Mobility: HD5870 1GB DDR5 with DVi Dual Link; single and/or CrossFireX and HD7970M 2GB DDR5 single - NVIDIA GeForce: GTX 680M and 480M single or GTX 460M, GTX 470M, GTX 280M, GTX 285M in SLI - nVidia Quadro: FX 2800M and FX 3800M; 1GB DDR3 with DVi Dual Link

I have the P170EM don´t know if its nearly the same but i have optimus. I can´t change it in the bios between the both cards, but you can see them in NVIDIA system, but you can´t change them, and you need both runnig to boot. I changed from a defective 680 to working 660 with Alienwarebios, but worked directly without mods.

And, last but not least: are the drivers specially modded for Alienware or usuable for other Notebooks? If they are only for Alienware, are they for specific models? Like M17 ore more specific M17 R3 ? -

And additional are all of your modded drivers down compatible or only specific for one grafic card? -

Hello, i have a general question: Is there any difference in the drivers between 3D and normal Displays?
