Does anyone have the recommended unlocked a13 bios settings for best performance? A link or pictures would be appreciated

Sup guys, i was checking this website out because of its access to bios mods and was just looking to say wassup! im on an alienware m14x r2, kinda outdated but was hoping the a13 bios svl7 release would help out alot!

I plan on trying this once my account is deemed "active" since i can't download it at the moment. i cant stop fps issues even with an external fan blowing on the laptop
