Alienware m17x r3 upgrade quadro k5100m or k4100m

Do you know if anyone has successfully installed a Quadro K3100M in a m17x r3 ???? I came across one so i install it and got a black screen .... i don't know what to do to get it to work . Can u help or guide me to the right direction ??? Thank you
