  1. Edit2: Looks like the power brick has given up, it keeps powering off now, no led on the plug, takes time unplugged to get it to reset. I bet that was the problem all along, just took my burn in tests with furmark to get it to finally fail. Edit: I thought I had it by changing fan tables, no dice. gets above 80 then throttles Well it is still throttling at 78c, I think it is the alienware bios.... I can't find the correct bios to fix it... anyone know whats causing it?
  2. What driver should I try? or is there a better VBIOS I can flash?
  3. Now it is throttling???? I don't get it....
  4. I did though, let me try again GOT IT LOOKS LIKE I did though, let me try again Now I should be able to re-enable audio right?
  5. I used DDU to uninstall before trying this
  6. I have been a member for a while but I haven't been active much. I have a m17x r3 with an 880m that brought me here. I am a telecommunications engineer from New York. Pleased to meet everyone!!!
  7. Was working in my r3, dumped system, can't find the driver I used A12 unlocked with sata tweak Yes, audio is disabled win10
  8. I am stuck here with a previously working 880m in my m17x r3. Every driver I have tried errors out. The VBIOS screen shows up when booting, yet no driver INF mod will work for me. HWINFO reports the correct hardware. PEG enabled, onboard video disabled. Any help would be appreciated... Also I have been getting driver files elsewhere due to not being able to download from here.
