Hi all, I've a v3-572g that is just stuck on the Acer logo on boot. I've tried powering it off, removing battery and AC, and the holding the power button. No button pressing (other than Fn+Esc) seem to make any difference. I'm hoping a flash of the BIOS from USB might resurrect it. I've got the BDW.fd file from the latest BIOS update, will that be ok if I put it on a stick, and what do I need to rename the file? (Or where do I find out? I've Googled but I can't find how to work out the filename without already having a booting machine.) Thanks!
