I keep getting the 104 error when trying to backup my 3.05 bios what do I do?

This happened to me a while ago where my computer would boot very slowly and sometimes not at all. I believe it was my hardrive which gave me the troubles because after installing an m.2 ssd I stopped having that problem

They make M.2's up to 500gb from what I've seen. I bought a 128gb off amazon for about $90

I had troubles with my wifi card too being very finicky so I bought an external wifi receiver which seems to work very well (TP LINK 300)

Update the drivers (I use the beta ones and I seem to have no problems)
