I'm using a MSI R9 270x Hawk on a vostro 3450 with igpu hd3000 and dgpu 6630m, the problem is after completing the setup diy (disable dgpu, allocate space) I couldn't boot into windows once I unplugged the egpu. Since I unplugged the Welcome screen immediately came up. Anyone got the same problems? egpu tested with 750Ti with no problems but I wanna try r9 270x for better performance.

how was the temperature when you upgrade from a dual to quad cpu? Much difference?

thank you so much! One more thing is, I'm currently using GTX750Ti, works like a charm. However I wanna give a try with my R9 270X but it seems to be difficult as after installing driver, my pc restart but could not boot into windows (I disabled dgpu, config allocation with DIY setup) until I pull the ExpressCard out of my laptop, is there anything wrong with my DIY config or the AMD gpu itself hard to run as a egpu?

However when I tried to install the driver, the BSOD came, I think that is a conflict between the dgpu and egpu because they are both from one manufacturer. I used the DIY to disable the dgpu to install the R9 properly but when I rebooted, the screen went black after the windows booting logo. I'm using windows 10 anyone who use dgpu and egpu from AMD, please give me advice, thank you.
