Another thing to add to Mr Peas Post - - Try limiting the fps to 120 by typing "fps_max 120" in console. Its an odd fix that does work for some people, usually running older cards. (f you're running a monitor at 144Hz, you can change it to 144 but you wont notice much difference.)

I'd go with the Clevo/Sager, friend owns one and for the price, is absolutely amazing. Also I own an Alienware 17 (Mid 2013) - only thing I'd say was worth it was the support from Dell. Besides that it performs just like my friends Clevo, just his was way cheaper.

Not bad builds, there is also the option of waiting until the new Radeon 300 Series is released and maybe purchasing the high end GPU with HBM.
