love my clevo from xoticpc./ the ability to customize it is awesome and i was able to get mine without a cd drive and their crappy HD which saved me a hundred bucks and I already had an ssd ready for it! -

I recently got a 1440p monitor. my 550ti is struggling to do anything pretty on that monitor. so im thinking the r9 290 is the way to go. i hear it is better for 1440 than the 970. I can overclock it myself so the 290x seems like a waste. and at about $200usd the 290 should be a great buy for my desktop computer. -
