Hi there, I would like everything you have to offer for a bios, especially the gpu unlock please. I have donated in the past for other machines as your work is always great. Here is my backup as requested and thank you very much! https://www.sendspace.com/file/58i4k2

Hey there, By chance could I have the one of these for an 860m 2 GB? I know it was already done but I need it still. Thanks and I can kick a donation even if needed.

is egpu possible in new 12' macbook or surface pro 3?

Not possible on the surface 3 unfortunately -
That is really cool Would be much less of a pain in the ass compared to my mpcie setup that I currently suffer through with ( I need to figure out a good way to make a door to my slot)

I would do that if my laptop could push enough power to do that. I am having enough problem trying to over volt it just a little bit. My EGPU is much better at my desk but I need something on the go.... This would be perfect otherwise as my 670mx is getting long in the tooth

Is eGPU possible for lenovo ideapad y510p?
aceoyame replied to ashwinsingh8's topic in DIY e-GPU Projects
You should be able to use at the very least an mpcie EGPU. Not sure if the board has an m.2 slot or not as I unfortunately don't have one of these -
When I had an E6530 I discovered a way to make optimus work without that tool. In device manager there should be a Xeon root hub that has the dgpu attached to it. Simply disable that root hub in device manager and reboot and you should now have it working without the need for setup 1.x

Hi there, I have a Latitude E6230 and a 750 TI on a PE4L (mpcie unfortunately). I am having a bit of trouble getting an optimus setup working. When I have it in at boot it of course disables igpu which is no good. When I suspend the laptop and attach the egpu it simply reboots the system. I tried setting PERST to as high as I can and it didn't help unfortunately. Any way to extend PERST? Seems like the easiest solution. Other than optimus not working the setup works flawlessly atm
