I responded to people interest, if you've bothered to read the previous posts, if driver 376.09 does work. It does not. I was considering buying RX 480, but went for nVidia due to better driver, DX11 support... Thanks nVidia! -

Driver 376.09 does not work for me with mPCIE, using 1060 GTX.
