  1. I put the ssd now to the other slot, it didnt work either. As I have also had some problems with that ssd in my computer (as mentioned above) i replaced it with a new one. I have also tried to put the new one in the 16f3 and it worked. It seemed that the problem really was the old ssd.
  2. Ok, I have looked up the manufacturer site of my notebook, and didnt find anything. They dont offer any bios downloads (just drivers). I think i will try the ms-1762 unlocked bios from the g-sereis unlocked thread. You said you bought it on NBR, what does it stand for ?
  3. Hi, I also have a 1762 whitebook and I am considering a GPU upgrade (from 675m to 870m), but I have a couple of questions. What bios version do you use ? I have the E1762IMT.10C, would the card work without changing anything? Do I have to take note of something else ? By the way did your new card work ? Thanks anyways
  4. Hm that seems interesting cause i tried it on the lower slot, under the CPU. But i tried it with both hard drives at the same slot and the HDD worked. But I definitely gonna try it again this weekend, maybe it works on the slot next to the GPU. SATA mode is AHCI.
  5. I have the E16F3IM7.10D Bios Version, so the bios doesnt even support UEFI. Its not an original MSI Notebook, its a Medion Erazer X6821. I have tried several things now and I think my Samsung SSD is damaged, cause the Samsung Magician Software shows me a bad health status.I have tried the SSD meanwhile in a computer of a friend, and it shows the same error message (reboot and select proper boot devices .....) I am just wondering why it still works in my computer. Reinstalling win 7 will probably work, but as I use the SSD in my Computer I don't want to override it. I think I have to get a new SSD.
  6. Hey guys, i recently got an old Medion Erazer (ms 16f3) and i have tried to get it to work, so i put my samsung 250 gb ssd with win 7 64 bit out of my computer and put it in the 16f3. The problem is, that it doesnt start. It detects the ssd (it is shown in the bios), but the computer says:Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot Device and press a key. If i try it with a hdd with win 7 64 bit the notebook starts normally. Whe i put the ssd back in my computer everything works as well... Why doesnt start the notebook with the samsung ssd ? greets Pac!ent
