i tried the anti-whitelist feature but it doesn't work. the laptop was still blocking at unportted wlan error

can i use this to un-whitelisted my hp dm4-30xx notebook to install another wlan card?

What's the difference between prr and prr2? I used fpt to flash a backup bios and encounter the error 28. After running prr.exe, it tells me that ready to flash bios. And then i run fpt again, and there is still error 28. So what can i do now? Thanks in advance.
