Bad luck, for me the only issue was the webcam that doesn't work since i have updated from Windows 7 to 8. I have also later installed 8.1 and my Alienware Command Center still work. I think you should try to unstalled it and then reinstalled it, if you have made an update, this may help. But if you have done a new install, then less chance that it helps
